Xuda Engineering is subordinate to Dezhou Xuda Enviro-Tech Co., Ltd. It focused on the filtration and dehydration technology in food processing, especially in hydrocolloid production such as refined carrageenan, agar agar and pectin. How to improve the hot gel clarity and dehydrate the condensed gel has always been a challenge for every producer. The traditional high cost and low efficiency production method seriously restricted the development of this industry. In order to solve this problem, Xuda Engineering optimized the process of hot gel filtration based on years of industry experience, and in 2011 introduced a specially designed membrane filter press into the gel dehydration process. This innovative dehydration method was quickly recognized and adopted by Chinese factories, which opened a decade of rapid development of Chinese hydrocolloid production capacity.
